Scrum has quickly become the most popular agile development methodology in use today. Although many teams want to embrace this powerful framework, many struggle with knowing where to start when introducing their team to Scrum. In this course, Scrum Master Fundamentals - Foundations, you'll learn foundational knowledge to start you on your way to becoming a great Scrum Master who can help your team make the jump to an agile way of working. First, you will learn the underlying theories behind the Scrum framework and how they relate to a broader agile approach. Next, you'll learn about working in fixed timeboxes called sprints, as well as how to choose the sprint length that's right for your team. Hi everyone, my name is Jeremy Jarrell, and welcome to my course, Scrum Master Fundamentals - Foundations. I'm an Agile coach, Scrum Master, and product owner who helps teams get better at what they do. Agile is quickly becoming the leading approach for high performing software development teams with Scrum overwhelmingly becoming the framework of choice for those teams. If you've suddenly found yourself in the Scrum Master role and need to help your team perform to their fullest potential, or if you're a seasoned Scrum Master looking to deepen their knowledge of the Scrum framework, then this course will explain the underlying theories and values of the framework to help you make the most of Scrum.
