What you will learn:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation - the basics of modern IT-enabled services as well as common ITIL language and key concepts
  • Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) - how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services,relevant practices, methods and tools
  • Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) - all types of engagement and interactions between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners, including key CX, UX and journey mapping concepts
  • High Velocity IT (HVIT) - the ways in which digital organizations and digital operating models function in high velocity environments
  • Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) - the practical skills necessary to create a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction.

Pre-requisites

According to AXELOS website, to take the transition exam, all candidates must be at Expert level or have a minimum of 17 v3 credits.

ITIL® 4 Foundation

In this section we will cover ITIL® 4 Foundation where you’ll learn foundational knowledge of IT service management and how the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) can help establish a framework for your organization to successfully deliver IT services to your customers. You’ll start with the core concepts and definitions of the ITIL® 4 framework. Then you’ll learn about ITIL® 4 service value system.
